Ironclad, Silent, and Defect climb Slay the Spire, MegaCrit's deck-building roguelike that became a hit in 2019, with Nintendo Switch among its platforms. Each of those three starts with a different deck, and a bloated hand is often worse than a small one.
Act bosses such as the Slime Boss, the Collector, and the Time Eater end a run the deck cannot answer. Rest sites, shops, and unknown rooms branch before the next fight.
