History
Bub and Bob aim upward again in Puzzle Bobble 4, the Taito matcher also sold as Bust-a-Move. The 1998 console entry adds bubble types and a ceiling that creeps down when the player hesitates.
Matching three or more of a color drops every bubble hanging from that cluster. New bubble types in this installment change how a chain falls, so a shot that only matched in the earlier games can now bounce into a larger collapse.
The dinosaurs from Bubble Bobble are still the operators of the cannon. What players remember is the ceiling, the aim, and the last bubble that either clears the round or ends it.
