Radiator Springs, not a spy sequel, is the map in Disney•Pixar Cars. THQ's 2006 racing game is the tie-in to the first Pixar film, and Lightning McQueen's rookie season is the story it uses.
Mater, Doc Hudson, and the town's shops turn a race into a hub between events. Piston Cup laps and a desert highway are the driving, with McQueen's rust-red paint as the car the camera follows.
A later film sent the same cars overseas on a spy plot. This tie-in stays home with the first movie, the town, and the cup.
