Drawn routes keep aircraft from meeting, and Flight Control HD is Firemint's console upgrade of the phone puzzle about that job. A jet assigned to the short runway will circle forever if the ink trail never reaches it.
Planes, helicopters, and faster jets enter from the screen's edge and need a path to the matching runway. A crossing line is a crash, so the drawing has to be revised while new blips appear.
The 2010 upgrade raises the resolution and the traffic compared with the pocket original. The handheld edition in the same family still asks for ink trails that never cross.
