Nuna's fox shares the blizzard in Never Alone, also called Kisima Ingitchuna, Upper One Games' 2014 puzzle platformer drawn from Inupiat folklore. A bola, a spirit helper, and the wind are the tools, and Wii U and Nintendo Switch versions include the cultural videos.
The fox can reach ledges the girl cannot, so the pair is the puzzle. Interviews and story clips sit beside the levels, which is how the game treats the folklore as something to hear as well as to jump.
Upper One's collaboration with Inupiat storytellers is the reason the videos exist. The Nintendo releases keep those clips with Nuna's walk.
