History

Springfield traffic is the open world of The Simpsons: Hit & Run, Radical Entertainment's 2003 driving tour published by Vivendi. The GameCube disc is one of the original releases, with Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge, and Apu each taking a chapter of the town.

Black sedans, wasp cameras, and a collector-card scavenger hunt tie the missions together while you wreck the family car. Evergreen Terrace, the school, and the downtown are connected roads, not separate loading menus.

The tone is the show's, and the structure is a driving game with gags in the mission text. The cube original is that Springfield, stoplights included.
