History
Hasbro put a named villain in the title of Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge, the 2000 sequel to the Frogger revival, and added more obstacle courses. Game Boy Color was one of the versions.
Swampy the crocodile holds the grudge, while Frogger still hops traffic, water, and themed hazards. Extra characters and branching lanes expand the single-road idea of the revival that came before.
The color cartridge is one edition of that revenge plot. Hop timing stays the skill, now with Swampy's traps mixed into the lanes.
