Chase McCain returns to a brick city undercover, and Lego City Undercover is TT Fusion's police comedy that began as a successor-console exclusive. A miner disguise opens a shaft Chase McCain cannot enter while he is still wearing the police uniform.
The GamePad acts as a scanner and a map while the television shows the open streets. Disguises, from miner to farmer, open districts that a uniformed cop cannot enter, and Rex Fury is the criminal the costumes are meant to reach.
The 2013 original used that second screen before ports years later. Vehicle chases and the radio gags make the city feel closer to a comedy cop show than to a stud-collecting movie tie-in.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
