History

Tiny stages and a single shot define the pace, and Lovely Planet is quicktequila's brightly colored first-person run. The single shot has to land before the pastel platform throws the player off the room.

Pastel geometry hides targets that must be hit in a tight rhythm before the platform throws the player off. There is little ammo management because the weapon fires one deliberate hit at a time.

The 2014 release favors memorizing a thirty-second room over exploring a large map. A successor-console version keeps that candy-colored speed.
