History
Mudokons still need a chant, and Sligs can still be possessed, in Oddworld Adventures 2, the handheld follow-up drawn from Abe's Exoddus. SoulStorm brew covers the factory floor of this 2001 cart, rather than only the first game's meat plant.
Abe talks, sneaks, and pulls a lever that only a possessed guard can reach. Rescuing his fellow Mudokons, or letting them come to harm, is the moral score the series already used.
Exoddus on a home console is the wide version of this plot. The pocket follow-up keeps Abe, the chant, and the brew, scaled to a screen that shows one corridor at a time.
