Narwhals poke each other in space, and STARWHAL is the local multiplayer couch game about stabbing a heart with a tusk. The floppy neck makes the tusk miss the heart even when the narwhal is aimed at it.
Low gravity and a floppy neck make the horn hard to aim, which is the joke and the skill. Up to four players share one screen of stars with no story campaign required.
Couch matches of tusks and hearts also shipped on the successor console in 2014 with the floppy necks intact. A match ends when the right jab lands, not when a lap counter finishes.
