Natsume set a steampunk Wild West on one screen in Wild Guns (1994), and two players can share that gallery. Guns aim with a cursor while the cowboys dodge on foot, which makes it a gallery shooter rather than a light-gun port of an older coin-op.
It is an original Natsume design. Mechanical bosses, a wanted duel, and a bomb that clears bullets are the cartridge's own toys.
The Super Nintendo pad moves both the body and the crosshair. That split, plus the steam-age props, is the whole shootout.
