Cockpit drawings disagree with the television in Star Fox Zero. The GamePad shows Fox McCloud's view from the Arwing while the TV shows a chase camera, and the two pictures do not always match.
Nintendo and PlatinumGames released this Wii U retelling in 2016, late in the console's life, and it is not Star Fox 64. The Gyrowing hovers where the Arwing cannot. The Walker transformation, the Gyrowing, and the Landmaster return as mission tools rather than as a straight replay of the Nintendo 64 routes.
Falco, Slippy, and Peppy still call targets. The skill is flying while glancing down at the cockpit, which the earlier on-rails runs never required.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
The series list above is the whole family set in this catalog.
