Peach sets out to rescue Mario in Super Princess Peach, with a talking umbrella named Perry beside her. Tose built the journey and Nintendo published it in 2006. Bowser has stirred Vibe Island, and the path to Mario runs across that place.
Joy, gloom, rage, and calm are her powers. Joy helps her float, gloom brings tears that douse and strike, rage wraps her in a charge, and calm lets her recover. Each vibe also changes how Perry behaves.
The umbrella talks, swings, and answers the mood she is wearing. Stages are areas of Vibe Island rather than a tour of the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario is the one waiting to be saved, which reverses the usual chase.
Vibe energy has to be gathered if the four moods are going to stay ready. Perry can cross gaps that a normal jump will not. Tose built the cartridge around that emotion set.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
