Papergirl routes join the morning run in Paperboy 2, a home sequel that lets the rider be a girl or a boy. The suburban hazards remain, and the sequel moves the delivery onto consoles without needing a new famous cabinet.
The home release dates to 1991, with obstacles, subscribers, and broken glass still on the route. The new choice is who rides the bike, a papergirl or a paperboy.
It is a home sequel, not a celebrated new arcade machine. The papergirl option and the console-first follow-up are what separate it from the handlebar cabinet.
