Core Design's caveman Chuck Rock belly-slams through an Amiga platformer. Console ports and a Game Boy version carried the same prehistoric joke, and the original dates to 1991.
A beer belly stuns a dinosaur, and a thrown rock clears a ledge the stomach cannot reach. Chuck crosses those slapstick stages to get back someone the dinosaurs carried off.
The Amiga belly-slam is the original gag. Later ports, the Game Boy one included, keep Chuck and that same stomach attack.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
