History

Cammy, Dee Jay, T. Hawk, and Fei Long join the roster in Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. Capcom's update reached the Super Nintendo in 1993 with those four newcomers intact.

Cammy's spiral arrow, Dee Jay's max out, T. Hawk's storm hammer, and Fei Long's rekka each demand their own spacing. The grand masters still anchor the cast, and a mirror match can pit a new challenger against a copy.

Home players who owned only the earlier Street Fighter II carts met the new four here. The arcade cabinet introduced them, and this cartridge is the Super Nintendo place to practice those matchups.
