Infogrames' Tintin in Tibet turns Hergé's album about a mountain rescue into a platformer. Super Nintendo, Game Boy, and other versions retell that climb, and the game dates to 1995.
Tintin searches for Chang after an air crash, with Snowy and Captain Haddock on the snowy path. A yeti and a rope bridge supply the album's Himalayan hazards.
The comic's lost friend is the story every version adapts. Each format, from the Super Nintendo to Game Boy, stages the rescue in its own rooms.
