Takahashi Meijin, Hudson's famous spokesman, stars in Takahashi Meijin no Bugutte Honey, a Famicom mix of side-scrolling and Breakout-style rooms. Bricks break under a shot while other stretches play as a run, and Master Higgins is not the lead.
Hudson Soft released the Japan-only game in 1987, and the spokesman's rapid-fire reputation is the joke. Brick-breaking rooms supply the mechanical twist beside the side-scrolling stretches.
It is not an Adventure Island sequel wearing a strange name. Higgins's island carts are a different series, and this board belongs to Takahashi Meijin and the breaking bricks.
