Batman shares rooftops with Robin in Konami's The Adventures of Batman and Robin, based on the animated series. Platform streets alternate with Batmobile runs in this 1994 Super Nintendo game, a separate Gotham from Sunsoft's NES Batman carts.
Grapple points, batarangs, and a highway stage against the animated rogue's gallery give the cart its shape. Tall shadows and the Batmobile's long fins follow the look of that television series.
Sunsoft's earlier NES outings used a different studio and a different map of the city. Konami's tie-in builds its own sequence of alleys and a chase in the car.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
The series list above is the whole family set in this catalog.
