White spy and black spy rig one split screen in Spy vs. Spy, First Star Software's adaptation of Antonio Prohias's Mad magazine strip. A trap on a door or a bomb in a drawer waits for the other spy, and the suitcase is the prize.
The computer game dates to 1984, with the two rooms visible at once. First Star's design is the magazine duel turned into traps, and it later reached the NES.
It is not the Island Caper sequel. The suitcase, the furniture traps, and Prohias's two spies are this game, and the island follow-up is a different entry.
