Konami followed Fall of the Foot Clan with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back from the Sewers. This Game Boy side-scroller from 1991 sends Leonardo and his brothers back through the pipes after April.
Shredder's forces occupy the tunnels, and each turtle's weapon still changes an attack's reach. The stages run longer than the very short debut they continue.
Fall of the Foot Clan is the preceding handheld mission. Back from the Sewers is the return trip, with a deeper set of tunnels for the same four brothers.
