History

Gremlin Graphics pitched Zool as an Amiga mascot, a ninja from the Nth dimension racing through themed worlds. Console and Game Boy ports followed that computer debut from 1992.

A sweet world, a music world, and a tool world each change the pests the ninja kicks. Speed and a double jump were Gremlin's bid in the mascot races of that computer era.

The Amiga version is the one the Nth-dimension pitch was built around. Handheld and console ports carry the same ninja onto later machines.
