History
Inner tubes and a handful of cans send Bif and Jet downriver in Toobin'. Atari Games' 1988 arcade game dodges logs, alligators, and fishermen while the riders toss cans at obstacles that will not move on their own.
Branches, fishing lines, and a party beach full of thrown objects make the current a course. Steering is a lean left or right in the tube, and the score favors a rider who hits the gates and still has a can left for a hazard.
The cabinet's joke is the leisure object treated as a vehicle. A tube is not a car, the river forks, and the can is both ammunition and the thing that keeps a run alive.
